A HAPPY HEART CAN HEAL DISEASES?

According to KBBI, the heart is something that is in the human body which is considered as a place for all inner feelings and a place to store understanding (feelings, etc.). The word “joyful” according to the Guide Bible means being ready to greet others with a welcome, a word of support, enthusiasm for the task at hand, and a positive outlook on the future. Basically everyone can feel joy. So a joyful heart is the innermost state of mind of a person, which is emotionally excited and excited. Same as the previous explanation about the heart in Proverbs 15:13. This verse should be understood in the same way as Proverbs 14:30, which explains the relationship between the mind and the physical condition. A joyful heart is not only caused by having joy in the mind, but also includes having high moral standards. Meanwhile, a broken heart belongs to a person of low moral standards. Positive and negative emotions as mentioned above will trigger the production of substances that strengthen and weaken the body's resistance. So as to restore and weaken the health of one's body. Let's look at the preceding information on this in Proverbs 14:30 and 15:13. The literal meaning of the word "heart" in this verse is "spirit", but the meaning contained in this verse is the same as the "heart" in verse 22a, which is the emotional mind. The same term is used in Proverbs 11:13. If the condition of the mind is emotionally difficult, disappointed, hopeless, it will damage the health of the whole body. Bone as a body frame which symbolizes the condition of one's entire physical body. At Proverbs 17, the Hebrew word for “medicine” in verse 22 occurs only once in the Bible (compare Hos. 5:13 for the same verb). This word can also mean "appear to your face". Both meanings suggest that the book of Proverbs often shows a link between spiritual health and physical health.

Thus it can be ascertained that, bad thinking conditions will weaken a person's immune defense. Thus I invite all of us to try to stay happy in all circumstances so that not only our condition will improve, but also the people around us are also positively affected by the joy we feel. Learn to enjoy whatever we are doing and experience it. It turns out that in addition to being a potent medicine, a happy heart makes the face radiant, and other people who see us will be happy and blessed. In this way, a happy heart can help heal illnesses.
