Testament is quite an important discussion in the Bible, especially the Old Testament. The Bible presents the Covenant as evidence of God's initiative toward mankind. In his time the "Testament" was common in the Ancient Middle East region. Here are 6 covenants of Allah that you may not know, namely:
1. GOD'S Covenant With Adam (Gen. 1: 28-2: 24)
This is the first covenant found in the Bible, although the term is not found. Theologians also agree with this, that God made a covenant with Adam. [1] God's covenant with Adam contains a very important and influential covenant for Adam's person and his descendants as a result of his actions that violate God's commands. There are 2 characteristics, namely there is the Creation covenant (Gen. 2: 16-18) and the covenant of Salvation (Gen. 3:15).
2.God's promise to Noah (Gen. 6:18)
The term "Agreement" was found here. God's covenant with Noah, is a continuation of God's covenant with Adam about the fate of sinful humans. This covenant with Noah was also characterized by a covenant on God's own initiative, a covenant that was universal and eternal (Gen. 9: 9-10), an unconditional covenant and a covenant that did not interfere with human roles (Gen. 9: 14-16).
3. GOD'S AGREEMENT WITH ABRAHAM
This agreement is more specific or personal because it contains an agreement regarding "descent". The "seed" covenant is a covenant that is physical (Heb. 11:18). This covenant with Abraham also had to be obliged to be obeyed, humans took part in it, and it was no longer universal. The seed that God promised was to test Abraham's own faith. In this day and age, that faith is what God has used as an example of faith that can save.

4. THE SINAI TESTAMENT (Ex. 2: 23-24)
Why is it called the "Sinai Covenant", the reason is because this covenant was revealed by God to His people in a place called "Mount Sinai". This covenant is no longer addressed to individual humans, but to a great nation, namely the nation of Israel. The nation of Israel itself was a nation of God's own choice. This agreement is an important guideline for the history of Israel to this day.
5. GOD'S Covenant With David (2 Sam 7: 4-16)
The term "Covenant" itself does not appear in 2Sam. 7. Nevertheless, we know that God had promised David from his last words (2Sam 23: 5) which stated that God had established for him an everlasting covenant, orderly in all things, and guaranteed. This covenant of God to David also contains promises on great names, security in the land, to promises of the royal descendants who are strong forever (2Sam. 7:16).
6. NEW AGREEMENT
In the Old Testament, this word appears only once in Jeremiah 31:31. The actual appearance of the "New Testament" is the Eternal Testament, which refers to the future. This covenant was addressed to the nation of Israel on condition of repentance, fulfilling a new statute, namely the maintenance of a relationship with God. The result of this new covenant, namely that God will no longer remember the sins of His people.
